Benjamin Spitzer
Managing Principal
Ben is the Founder and Managing Principal of Ardon Capital, where he focuses on real estate investment advisory and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to underwriting, financial modeling, transaction structuring, and strategic decision-making across real estate and alternative investments.
Prior to founding Ardon Capital, Ben spent over five years at PwC, specializing in M&A advisory, investment and portfolio valuation, and complex financial modeling for alternative investment managers and institutional investors. His experience includes advising on acquisitions, dispositions, capital raises, and complex transactions across real estate, technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences.
Ben holds an M.B.A. in Strategy from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where he graduated in the top 1% of his class, and earned a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Touro University. In addition to his investment career, Ben has an entrepreneurial track record, having founded and scaled a consumer apparel business and played a key role in building InsuranceGIG, a technology startup that successfully exited through a merger in 2023.
Rudi Spitzer
Principal, Ardon Realty
Rudi brings a wealth of financial acumen and real estate expertise, drawing from his prior experience in real estate portfolio management, acquisitions, and syndication.
Previously, Rudi served as a Private Banker at Safra National Bank of New York, managing investment strategies for high net worth clients. His role as an Analyst at ADS Ventures involved sourcing properties and managing investor relations for high-end real estate projects. Internships at Zipmar Realty and Harbor Group International provided valuable experience in commercial property underwriting and real estate transactions, including the management of over 2,000 multifamily units across the United States.
Rudi holds a B.S. in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College and completed a study abroad program through Touro College. Well-versed in financial principles and adept at problem solving, he is also a dedicated volunteer, serving as a Staff Counselor and mentor at Chai Lifeline, an organization supporting children with chronic illnesses.
Gamliel Bahar
Principal, Ardon Realty
Gamliel is a real estate broker specializing in investment acquisitions, land assembly, and complex commercial transactions, with a focus on commercial real estate assets. He represents investors, developers, and owner-operators in the acquisition, disposition, and strategic positioning of income-producing properties and development land.
With a background in asset management, Gamliel brings an execution-driven perspective to each engagement, emphasizing disciplined deal structuring, market positioning, and transaction clarity.
In addition to the United States, he maintains active professional relationships across the Middle East and Canada, enabling him to facilitate cross-border transactions, connect international capital with U.S. opportunities, and source off-market investments.
